Human brain is such a wonderful thing. If someone could find out the capacity of the enormous data stored in it for such a long time, how much would it be..?

"कस असतंय बघा कि, चुकुन कायतर आठवते आणि एकदम Flash Black.....Unknowingly u recall each & every single moment in the past (May be good, Bad or Worst....!!)

On an ideal day U may be walking, talking, riding or driving & u get a glimpse of a moment/ situation/ person/ thing it can be: (सजीव/ निर्जीव /भूत /भविष्य /वास्तू इत्यादी)

A location

A Spot- Place in particular

A Song

A face-May be smiling or worried

A stranger (but feels like a known person)

A Bike/ Car

A Mobile ringtone

A Miss call from unknown number

A Shirt/ Jacket/ Jeans/ Shoes

A Surprise Gift

A Surprise visit

A late night call

A late night message

A stopped watch

A hotel bill

I can write this the whole day (:)).

The intent behind all this is "We have that memories knowingly/ unknowingly stored somewhere in the small brain (छोटा मेंदू), in a secret chamber & once in a while they pop out & bring a smile on our face. One such moment can bring a whole lot of things with it...."Story with good old memories"

This little write up is @ such a kind of moment from so called "Back of my mind"

Lot has been said @ कोल्हापूरकर,,,,,,Laura- लसूण (विषय हार्ड)....,,,List is long won’t make the mistake to repeat it.

"Bullet- कोल्हापुरातला  एक आपुलकीचा विषय”.

It has always been my childhod fantasy like every other kid to own/ ride a bullet.

College life without bike is nothing....." पण मी थोडे दिवस काढले बस ने,,त्याची मजा काय औराचं ओ ".

When my father decided to buy me Bike...." लगेच कान हलले ". Bullet was my first choice, but as always happens in history, Epic father-son argument & mothers intervention was ultimate. Father said there’s no bullet show-room in Kolhapur, how would you do the maintenance, servicing etc. So I went all the way to Karad to get the Quotation (Those days, Quotation was a happening thing,,,,," नुसती कागद गोळा करायची ")

I once again spoke with father & insisted to buy bullet. His opinion was " बुलेट च्या टायर च्या वजनाचा हैस काय बुलेट घ्याला..??

That was the end of Bullet story for me. But I was happy & full of joy to have CBZ in my life.

Like all other things in life,,,,First thing/time is always special & so was "CBZ.

Thats how I was when I first met my CBZ & on the right thats how I m now (Self Marketing)

I had always believed Bullet owners are royal people (Its not easy to own a white elephant). There are few very obsessed people with Bullet.

1. One such enthusiast is a friend of mine. His words are like " बुलेट चा ठोका (Engine Stroke) आणि छातीचा ठोका match झाला पाहिजे, ते जमलं तर तुम्हाला बुलेट अली "..Strange but true.  If you own a bullet or know to ride a bullet, try it out,,,,One day you will succeed & if you do just tell me how.

2. Another bullet enthusiastic...." बुलेट चा एक ठोका (Engine Stroke), १५-५० रुपयाला पडतो राव, म जपून आणि style मध्ये पाडयचा असतो ". Heart touching..... डोळ्यात पाणीच की….!!!

So coming to the main story....Devya (देवदास) friend of mine has a bullet. Actually " ती तेज्या मामा ची आहे ". It’s an original 1980 model (Older than me).

During college days boys built is average & is almost in average of 60-70 kg & with that built to carry a bullet is quite a big task. Devya was riding bullet since his childhood & had mastered the bullet skills.

Like the old bullet advertisement shows "Everybody makes way for bullet". "फक्त आवाज बास आहे"

The entire college, colony , wherever you are knows when your are out & when you’re in.

I use to go to Shivaji University for studies during my engineering days. It’s like a second home to me.  During exam time “दिवस रात्र विद्यापीठात पडीक”.

One fine day I was in home & got a call from Devdas " भावा कुठंहैस ".He asked me to come to university, said has some work to do. I got ready & went to University with my CBZ.

Bullet was parked on the main stand & Devya seating on it.

I asked "काय झालं रे ". He said Bullet isn't starting, dont know why? We inspected the entire bike like professional mechanics, but bullet ची kick, gear & break सोडून दुसर काय माहीतच न्हवत.....!!!

I asked him why did he called me,,,," रांXXXच्या मला कशाला बोंबलत बोलावलंयस म....?"

His reply was EPIC "भावा बुलेट म्हणत्यात हिला, हि बंद पडली कि हि मिस्त्री कड जात नसते, मिस्त्री हिजा कड येतोय  जाऊन मिस्त्री ला आणतो आता"

That sentence made my whole day.....We laughed like never before. It sounded crazy, but that was the truth.

Bullet never goes to the mechanic, Bullet mechanic often travel to the place of the break-down bullet, “कारण बुलेट ढकलत न्हेणारा अजून जन्माला याचा आहे ---Hahaha".

So whenever I see a breakdown bullet, it remind me of Devya & his Bullet.
